A Jamestown, Tennessee native, Ethan Beaty is the proud co-owner of Endurance FreightWorx, a family-driven hotshot trucking company. Ethan has a Certificate in Logistics & Freight from Tennessee College of Applied Technology and has been working in logistics and dispatching since 2018. With his attention to detail, Ethan oversees dispatching and daily operations to ensure every load is delivered with precision and reliability. His wife, Carlee, and growing family provides both encouragement and support.
JARED BAKER
Residing in Mayfield, Kentucky, Jared Baker brings a wealth of business acumen to Endurance FreightWorx as a co-owner. While maintaining his full-time position as a Staff Officer for a federal natural resources agency, Jared's entrepreneurial spirit has led him to venture into various successful businesses, including Bluegrass Commercial Cleaning, Animal Tales, Armored Insulation & Undercover Properties. As our Business and Marketing Manager, Jared ensures that Endurance FreightWorx maintains its commitment to quality and integrity while focusing on company growth. Jared and his wife Christy have been blessed with three daughters, Lily, Sarah, and Leah.
